It deeply integrates four core technologies: a large-span rigid gantry design, dual-trolley synchronous control technology, a millimeter-level anti-sway positioning system, and a full-condition safety interlocking protection system, achieving a comprehensive breakthrough in lifting capacity, adaptability, and safety.
Its core double-beam rigid gantry structure, designed with high-strength steel, has undergone multiple rounds of mechanical simulation optimization and non-destructive testing. It maintains stability and deformation under large span and high load conditions, perfectly adapting to the operational requirements of large slipways. The dual-trolley synchronous control system enables coordinated lifting and independent operation with dual hooks, accommodating both the overall lifting of ultra-large sections and the flexible transfer of small and medium-sized components, significantly improving equipment utilization.
